Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness...WHATEVER IT TAKES.
Thursday Feb 15, 2007

Ever wonder what us writer types do all day? I wonder that myself frequently. My darlin' wife asks me frequently what I plan to do when I grow up. Actually I have no plans to grow up. I mean wouldn't that more or less spoil most of the fun?

BC, you out there fella?

I arose at 7am and got myself ready for the wellness center. I arrived there at 8am after a tiny bite of breakfast. I did a pool work out for about an hour and half. Following this, I did an hour long yoga class.

For lunch, I ate once again with Susan, Alicia, Valerie, Gracie and Inga...my reputation is going to hell in a handbasket I know.

Home after lunch, I played with the ever lovely and feisty Maggie for a while. She needs the exercise.

CORRECTION: Susan says emphatically that the sash which she ties herself up with is NOT velvet.

Our slightly ditzy waitress at a local bar b que joint had a sweet smile...that's about it.

Home on my trusty laptop, I am writing stuff in this blog instead of doing real writing.

Yes, I'm out here and thinking about you. Please see my comment on the Fight For Iraqi Freedom.

Your days are just packed with excitement. So are mine. I don't recall exactly what type of medium Susan said she used to tie herself up. Thought it kind of thought provoking though. Never had the desire to do that.

I sort of resent the hell in a hand basket statement - you should be honored that you have the opportunity to have lunch with such lovely ladies - and on a weekly basis to boot. Every man should be so lucky. (And your adorable wife has to put up with this)? Looking forward to the next time.
